Participating West Columbia merchants will display outside discounted and sale items in front of their business. Friday Nov. 3 and Saturday Nov. 4, 2017. Hours will vary by merchant.
Merchants interested in selling must be on the temporary permit, call or come by Outdoor Wood Inc, 718 Meeting St. Phone Bill McEntire 803-794-9921.
Open to all merchants located in and with a current West Columbia business license. Organized by The River District Merchants Association.
